Set LF property on a bunch of files

My editor has been complaining about inconsistent line endings that have crept into a couple files. I ran svn propset svn:eol-style on *.h and *.cpp in:

src\core
src\effects
src\effects\gradients
include\core
include\effects
gm\
tests\
bench\
samplecode\


I had to run dos2unix on tests\CanvasTest.cpp and include\core\SkPath.h, both of which had a mix of LF and CRLF
