Duplicate uniform array passed to 2-point radial gradient

I believe Eric reported that this fixes the Xoom crash.

Now, how long it takes to get this out to Clank?

In the long term, Brian and I would like to do this beneath the hood, but that's not on my immediate todo list.

There was no crash, but 2-point radial gradients were not drawing.  This patch
causes them to look as expected.

They pull from the tip of chromium pretty regularly so it shouldn't be long
after we do a DEPS roll that they will get the change.
