Created SW clip mask creation helper class (in GrSoftwarePathRenderer)

I want to reuse the code in GrSoftwarePathRenderer for the SW-only path. This refactoring splits up the basic functionality so I can loop over multiple clip paths rather than only being able to render a single one.

appspot is sort of make as hash of the diff here. I've tried to keep the code in its original order to show I have just repackaged it.
