The gmmain diff is to show how to enable, it is not part of this change.
This change makes it so that the masks produced by filter and rasterizer in XPS
are always actually visible. Currently, if for any reason the path is stroke
only (usually hairlines), the filter or rasterizer mask will be computed
correctly but will be mostly invisible in the resulting XPS document since there
will be no shader fill for it to mask.
