Web&CG: remove "projects" from HelpUs

Web&CG: remove "projects" from HelpUs

CG 1.1 Help us and website community/help us both contain
"projects" section, but:
- noone knows when GLISS will happen
- Frogs are nonexistent at the moment
- GOP is paused, but even if it weren't, i don't think that
  it's important for a newcomer to know about it.

Therefore i'm commenting these out (not deleting,
because they may be needed again).

I'm ok with removing GLISS and GOP.  I don't think we should remove the Frogs,
at least not if we're hoping to take part in GSoC.  That said, the
frogs.lilynet.net page has at least one broken link, so that doesn't give a good
impression.

Could you ask Valentin to fix that?  If he does so, then let's keep the Frogs at
least.

Isn't GSoC for people more skilled/experienced than what we call Frogs?  None of
the projects in our Ideas List seems Froggish.
I think Frogs list would be appropriate for people doing Simple tasks (ie no
programming), but we're just beginning to build that community.

I'm fine with including Frogs if their website isn't broken, but Valentin didn't
reply yet.  I don't have the means (and resources at the moment) to fix Frogs
website, and i think that keeping a broken page is worse than deleting this
information altogether.
