Description

Implement part of AdvancedTypefaceMetrics for the OS X port. Also complete SkFontHost::OpenStream for core text. Incomplete parts of AdvanceTypefaceMetrics include - detection of the font type - detection of embedded fonts - optimization for fixed-width fonts - accurate stemV computation
