Website: rewrite Features page

This is a rewrite of the Features page in order to make the structure of this page clearer, point some more features out and remove some problematic claims.

It is written within the existing navigational structure.

"pages" since the reader may be using pdf or info.

I don't know, I simply kept what was present.
Now I've changed all instances (on this page) to column-center-top
