Generalize the special case of creating a Timing context into the general case of creating a context for which there is no definition but which is mentioned as an alias.
"Instantiability" is what made the most sense to me when I tried to understand how the special treatment of Timing/Score was different from other uses of aliases and therefore acceptable. If you have other ideas, please let me know.
