It should then be split in two patch-sets: one for LM/tweaks and NR/vocal
(applied in *master* – upcoming 2.21 — which would later be cherry-picked in
branch stable/2.20), and an other set for all LL/changes.tely to be directly
applied on stable/2.20.

A distinct pat-set should /empty/ the LL/changes.tely to reflect the English
version in master.
