Changes: long english notenames switched from aflat to a-flat

This would be a good commit in which to also put something like 
@code{s}/-@code{-sharp}
at Documentation/notation/pitches.itely

@item @code{english}
@tab -s/--sharp @tab -f/--flat 
@tab -ss/-x/--sharpsharp
@tab -ff/--flatflat

The -- produces an em-dash, only slightly longer than a -, so in the manuals it
looks like the names of the pitch would be cs / csharp

Probably more like -@code{s}/-@code{-sharp}.  I think that in Info formatting,
this will likely turn into -`s'/-`-sharp'.  Ok, could be worse.  I'll make an
attempt.  I don't think that it makes much sense to share the commit, but I
guess it's ok to share the review.

Put it in a separate issue 4394 since it does not make sense to delay _this_
issue for discussions on _that_ and vice versa.
