some WiMAX applications (traffic generators)

Yo all,

here are some new traffic generators to be evaluated. They're pretty simple
(even too simple), but they're from a standard document, so... 

The code is really straightforward, it's very similar to OnOff traffic
generator. The only tricky part is the helper function.
