couple missing things

5c/6c/8c: use "cpp" not "/bin/cpp" for external preprocessor (thanks Giles Lean)
build: fix build for Native Client, Linux/ARM
net: dns bug fix - use random request id

Also, in the language section part:

There are two small language changes:
 * NUL bytes may be rejected in source files, and the tools do reject them.
 * Conversions from string to []int and []byte are defined but not yet
implemented.
