What would this be used for? Normally in Scheme you'd have a context
with already exports its properties. Engraver::get_property is just a
convenience for the C++ side.

I have a tough time remembering why I used it...if there are other ways to get
engraver/translator properties from Scheme, I'll nix the patch.
