Issue 163095: Report changes as ratios instead of percent differences (Closed)
DescriptionHopefully this will reduce confusion from people reading things like "900% smaller".
Example output before:
Min: 0.640000 -> 0.532000: 20.30% faster
Avg: 0.659680 -> 0.595000: 10.87% faster
Significant (t=2.868975, a=0.95)
Stddev: 0.00964 -> 0.15912: 93.94% larger
After:
Min: 0.641000 -> 0.531000: 1.2072x faster
Avg: 0.658440 -> 0.593120: 1.1101x faster
Significant (t=2.932099, a=0.95)
Stddev: 0.01088 -> 0.15715: 14.4490x larger
